Description

Castle Farmhouse is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It has brick walls constructed in Flemish Garden Wall bond and features a plinth with some cambered openings. The roof is hipped and covered with slate. The symmetrical west front has two storeys and three windows, which are sashes set in exposed frames. The doorcase is adorned with an open pediment supported by brackets, above panelled pilasters and panelled reveals, leading to an arched opening with a fanlight and a half-glazed door. The other elevations are of regular form and include casement windows.
