Description

No. 2 Station Road is a small house that dates from the 17th century and was altered in the early 19th century. It features a mix of wall materials and has a tile roof. The symmetrical front, facing south, is two storeys high with two windows. The roof is half-hipped at the west end. The upper wall is tile-hung, while the lower part is painted brickwork. The windows are casements, and there is a gabled wood porch. The prominent east gable displays exposed framing in its upper section. The west side has a 20th-century garage addition.
