Description

No. 25 Green End is a small house that dates from the early 17th century to the early 18th century, with some alterations. The gable walls are covered in whitewashed render over a timber frame, while the front features 19th-century brick. The house has a thatched roof and a central brick chimney. It is one and a half storeys tall with an attic and consists of two bays. The ground floor has three-light leaded casements, which are 20th-century replacements, while the first floor retains older windows beneath the thatch. There is a central lobby entry with a 20th-century door, and all ground floor openings have segmental heads. The attic features small single casements in the gables. There is a garage attached to the right side of the house.
