Description
Perrylands is a farmhouse built in the early 19th century. It features stone walls and a slate roof, with a symmetrical front facing southeast that has two storeys and three windows. The roof is low-pitched and hipped, with wide eaves. The walls are made of malmstone ashlar with brick dressings, including quoins, rubbed flat arches, and a plinth. The windows are sash types set in reveals, with three lights on each side. The entrance has a Doric doorcase with a pediment, plain pilasters, and a half-glazed door. The other sides of the building have cambered openings and casements, with the southwest side being the roughest.
