Terry Lug is a farmhouse built in the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and has a slate roof. The building is two stories high and features three bays. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door topped by a fanlight with radial glazing bars, all set within a round-arched surround. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, projecting stone cills, and flat arches; the ground floor windows have tall voussoirs. The roof has oversailing eaves and is hipped, with chimney stacks located at the rear of the ridge, one of which has been renewed in brick.
