Description
East Lilburn Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the early 19th century. It features ashlar stone with a plinth and has a local slate roof. The building is two storeys tall and has a layout of three bays by two bays, with service areas located at the rear. The design includes a central staircase plan and a plain doorway set within a blank segment-headed recess. The facade and side elevations have 16-pane sash windows, although those on the front have been renewed. The windows have slightly projecting sills and are topped with a plain cornice. The roof is hipped with a central well and includes two ridge stacks with bands. At the rear, there is a round-headed staircase window.
Inside, the farmhouse features an early 19th-century staircase, six-panelled doors, and internal shutters.
