Description

The Rewlatch is a farmhouse built in the early 19th century. It features coursed stone with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped by a blue tile roof with verge copings and ashlar end stacks. The building has three storeys and includes two widely spaced windows on the upper floors. The top floor has reduced height glazing bar sash windows, while the upper right has two late 20th century casements. The central entrance is framed by raised chamfered quoins and has an incised voussoir head with shaped corbels supporting the cornice. The entrance door is a six-flush-panel design, with the upper two panels glazed.
