Description

Rose Cottage is a cottage dated 1826, with earlier remnants. It is built of coursed stone with block dressings and has a stone flag roof with end stacks. The cottage is two-storey with a two-window front and a central entrance. It features top hung casements and a part-glazed door inscribed "D & E B 1826." There is a blocked Tudor-arched door at the rear. Rose Cottage is part of a tight-knit group of buildings.
