Description

Devoran and Rivers Edge is a building dating from the 18th century with some modern alterations. It stands two storeys high and features three windows. The roof is hipped and thatched. The walls are constructed of flint with red brick quoins, verticals, and an impost band above the cambered openings on the ground floor, along with a plinth. The windows are casements. There is one boarded door in a solid frame, while another doorway has been converted into a window. On the north side, there is a flat-roofed single-storey extension that, along with part of the main block, forms the second dwelling known as Rivers Edge.
