Description

This barn and cartshed, located 30 yards east of the house, dates from the 18th century to the early 19th century. It is a timber-framed structure featuring three wide bays and three narrower bays, with a projecting entrance on the north side. The roof is tiled, half-hipped at the ends and hipped over the entrance. The building is weather-boarded on three sides, while the south wall is made of early 19th-century brickwork with pilasters, divided into seven and a half bays. Attached to the east end on the north side is an open-framed shed consisting of four bays and an aisle, with weatherboarded walls and a slate roof.
