Description

The Old Cottage is a building that dates from the late 16th century and 18th century, with some modern alterations. It is a single storey with an attic and features three upper windows. The cottage has a thatched roof with eyebrow dormers and a tapered stack on the west gable. The structure includes a partly-exposed timber frame with painted brick infill and casement windows. There is a modern thatched porch and additional structures at the rear. Inside, there is a massive chimney breast within the three-bay frame.
