Description

Ye Olde Cottage is a building dating from the 16th and 18th centuries. It has one storey and an attic, with irregularly placed windows. The cottage features a thatched roof that has a hip at the south end and a half-hip at the north end, along with an eyebrow above a single attic window. There is a small extension on the north side with a tiled roof. The exterior showcases exposed timber framing with brick nogging, some of which is rendered. The windows are casements, and there is a plain door.
