Description

Tithe Cottage is a building that dates from the 17th century or earlier, with early 19th-century modifications. It is a single storey with an attic and features irregular window arrangements. The cottage has a prominent thatched roof that is hipped at the east end and half-hipped at the west, with dormer windows. The main walls are constructed with brick-nogged timber framing, while the west side and the west gable are made of flint with red brick quoins, bands, a central vertical feature, and a plinth. The windows are casements, and there is access to the rear of the property. The interior includes arch trusses. The cottage has been modernised over time.
