Description

No. 9 is a late 18th century to mid 19th century building located in Overton Southington. It features a symmetrical front on the north side, consisting of two storeys and three windows. The building has a tiled roof with a catslide at the rear and brick dentil eaves, along with later small Tudor-style stacks. The walls are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, and the ground-floor openings are cambered. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames. A notable feature is the Tudor brick porch, which has a gabled front and a tiled roof.
