Description
Church Farmhouse is a building that dates from the 16th century, with early 19th-century and modern alterations. It is a two-storey long block featuring four windows on the front (west) side. The building has a tiled roof and a large central chimney stack. The rear elevation showcases an exposed timber frame in the central section, while the remaining walls are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond. The front elevation includes brickwork with a first-floor band, a high plinth, and "Tudor" hood-moulds above the windows. The windows are casements. There is a gabled brick porch that features a hood-mould and plinth. The building also contains modern sections in the walling and a recent extension at the south end.
