Early C19, late C19. Two storeys and (modern) attic, 4 windows. Steep hipped tile roof, with moulded and modilion cornice. Stucco walls, first floor band, stone cills, high plinth. Victorian sashes, 2 close-coupled ground-floor windows on the east side. Doorway has a plain architrave and 4-panelled door. At the east side a single-storeyed block projects forward, being of similar form.
