Description
12 Fairclose is an 18th-century house that has been modernised. It is a two-storey, two-window structure with a tile roof and roughcast walling, with a centre upper panel. The windows are modern casements. The doorway has a moulded cornice, frieze, two pilasters, and a half-glazed door.
