Description

Church Villa is a house that dates from the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. It is a long, two-storey building with three windows. The roof is hipped and thatched, featuring diagonal flues on the chimney stack. The walls are made of red brick in Flemish bond, with cambered openings on the ground floor. The windows are casements, and there are two old leaded lights on the first floor. The plain doorway is topped with an open framed gabled hood supported by large brackets. At the south end of the house, there is a single-storey extension that has a half-hipped thatch roof and walls made of elm boards.
