Description

Mill House is an early 19th-century building located on Mill Lane in Ecchinswell and Sydmonton. The house has a symmetrical front facing north, featuring two storeys and two windows. It has a half-hipped tile roof with brick dentil eaves. The walls are made of red brick in Flemish bond, incorporating blue headers and rubbed flat arches. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames, and there is a moulded canopy above a panelled door.
