Description

Sunbeam Cottage is an early 19th-century house. It has a symmetrical south front with three windows arranged over two storeys. The roof is slate, with brick dentil eaves. The walls are red brick in a Flemish bond, featuring blue headers, rubbed flat arches over the first-floor windows, and arched openings within arched recesses to the ground-floor windows. The windows are casements with Gothic panes on the ground floor. A glazed central door provides access. Modern additions have been made to the rear of the property.
