Description

The Malt House is a late 18th-century building located on Rectory Road in Oakley and Deane. It is attached to No 3 but is taller and wider. The structure has two storeys and features two windows. The roof is slate with dentil eaves, and the walls are finished in stucco with cambered openings. The windows are casements, and there is a four-panelled door located beneath a canopy.
