Description
St Johns is an early 19th-century house featuring a symmetrical front on the west side, comprising two storeys and an attic with three windows. There is a lower wing extending from the north side, which is one storey high and has an attic with one window. The house has a tile roof with gabled dormers. The walls are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, accented by rubbed flat arches, stone quoins, and stone cills, along with a plinth. The windows are sashes set in reveals, and there are two angular ground-floor bays with sashes and lead roofing. An open porch sits on a low brick wall, topped with a leaded concave canopy.
