SU 5258 KINGSCLERE SWAN STREET SU 5359 13/44 No 7 (B L Aust) GV II

Early C19. Two storeys, one window. Tile roof. Painted brickwork in Flemish bond. Sash in exposed frame above modern shopfront. At the rear, a brick has been set in a wall, having the inscription 1615; this corresponds with some of the walling at the rear.
