Description

No. 14 Swan Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high with two upper windows. It features a tile roof with stepped brick eaves and is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, with a plinth at the base. The upper windows have Victorian sash frames that are exposed. The ground floor has two modern casement windows set within new walling, which replaced a former shop front. The entrance has a solid doorframe that encloses a decorative fanlight, with a modern door. This building is included for its group value.
