This is an early 19th-century cottage of two storeys and two windows. It has a tile roof, half-hipped at the south end. The walls are rendered, with a visible plinth and a rounded corner. It features sash windows in exposed frames, with a more modern bow window incorporated. The front doorway is plain. The building is included on the list for its group value.
