Description

No. 3 Winchester Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high and features three windows. It has a red tile roof with brick dentil eaves. The walls are constructed of painted brickwork in Flemish bond, with a first-floor band, flat arches, and a plinth. The windows are sash types set in reveals. The doorcase includes pilasters, although the top pediment is missing.
