Description
Nos 13 and 14 on Mill Hill are late 18th-century buildings located at the corner with Church Lane. They are two storeys high with four windows, featuring a bay window on the ground floor at the west end. The buildings have a massive red tile roof that is half-hipped at one end and fully-hipped at the corner, with red brick dentil eaves. The walls are constructed in Flemish bond, using red stretchers and blue headers, and there is a flush red band at the first floor. The ground floor openings are cambered, and the buildings sit on a plinth. The windows are three and four-light casements, and there is a plain doorcase with a large moulded canopy supported by brackets. The return elevation is similar in style but has been slightly altered.
