Description

This is an early 19th century building on Winchester Street. It is two storeys high and has a three-window front. The roof is slate, though it may originally have been tiled, featuring half-hips and a gable to the rear roof. The eaves are detailed with brick dentils. The walls are brick, constructed in a Flemish bond pattern with blue headers and red bricks used for the arches. The windows are good-quality sashes set in reveals. A simple doorcase is present, featuring a cornice and pilasters.
