No. 103 Borough High Street is an early 19th-century house constructed of brick in Flemish bond, featuring gauged brick lintels. The building has a parapeted roof and stands four storeys tall with an attic over a basement. It has a two-window range, and all openings are flat-arched. The shop front is from the 20th century but designed in a manner typical of the mid-19th century. The interior has not been inspected.
