Description
Nos 23, 25, and 25A on London Street are houses that have been converted into shops. They date from the 16th century and later. The buildings feature a timber frame that is covered in mathematical tiles at the front and roughcast render on the sides, all of which is painted. The roof is slated with brick stacks. The structure has two storeys and an attic, consisting of three bays that jet out at the front. There is a 20th-century extension at the rear. The ground floor includes 20th-century shop fronts, while the upper level has three 19th-century tripartite sash windows. The attic is illuminated by a roof light.
