Description

The barn west of Summerstead Farmhouse dates from the early 19th century. It has a timber frame consisting of five bays and features a projecting central entrance. The structure includes straight struts to the truss and is topped with a tile roof that is half-hipped at both ends and over the entrance. The walls are weather-boarded.
