Description

This barn, located to the south-east of Stable House, dates from the 17th or 18th century. It features a timber frame construction that is weatherboarded and topped with a thatched, hipped roof. The barn has a central entry and consists of seven bays with aisles. Inside, it has a double purlin roof where the purlins are butted to the principal rafters. The structure includes queen strut trusses with high collars.
