Description

Eastbury Cottage is a 16th and 17th century timber-frame cottage with colourwashed brick and plaster infill. It has a rendered plinth and a high sole plate. An 18th century painted brick extension is present to the right. The roof is thatched, with a gable on the left-hand side and a half-hip to the right, and a chimney is located to the right of the centre. The front elevation features three dormers that break the roofline. There are two casement windows to the left, a central door protected by a thatched, half-glazed porch, and a further casement window to the right, situated under a cambered head.
