Description
Lance Levy Farmhouse is an early 19th-century building. It has a nearly symmetrical front on the south side, featuring two storeys and three windows, with a one-storey wing set back on the west side. The farmhouse has a hipped tile roof and brick dentil eaves. The walls are made of red brick in Flemish bond, with a flush blue brick band at the first floor, cambered rubbed arches above the ground-floor windows, stone cills, and a plinth. The windows are sashes set in reveals. The front door has a plain arched opening with a radiating fanlight above a six-panelled door, which is sheltered by a gabled tiled canopy supported by large triangular brackets with circular perforations.
