Description

This barn, located 20 yards northeast of Poplars Farmhouse, dates from the early 19th century. It features a timber frame consisting of five bays, with a projecting central entrance and an aisle on one side, and a later aisle added on the opposite side. The barn has straight struts supporting the truss and is topped with a tile roof that is hipped at the west end and half-hipped at the east end. The walls are weather-boarded.
