Description
Ballader's Plat and Little Plat is a building that likely dates from the 17th century or earlier, with some modernizations. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring five windows. The ground floor is finished in stucco, while Ballader's Plat above is clad in white weather-boarding and Little Plat is tile-hung. The roof is tiled. Ballader's Plat has three gables, with the southernmost gable featuring a Venetian window. There are three modern dormers located between the gables. The ground floor has been fully modernized, including garage doors, a recessed porch with attractive modern wrought iron gates, and a recessed window flanked by two columns. Little Plat includes a projecting window at the southeast corner of its first floor.
