One building, Little Plat being in the main an addition to the larger house. Probably Cl7 or earlier, modernised. Two storeys and attic. Five windows. Ground floor stuccoed, above Ballader's Plat is fronted with white weather-boarding and Little Plat tile-hung. Tiled roof. Ballader's Plat has 3 gables, the Southern- most one containing a Venetian window. Three modern dormers in the portions between the gables. The front of the ground floor is a wholly modern arrangement, including garage doors, a recessed porch with good modern wrought iron gates and a recessed window with 2 columns in front of it. Little Plat has a projecting window in the South East angle of its first floor.
