Description

Abendheim is a two-storey building with attics, designed in 1911 by H Clapham Lander in an unusual Bavarian style. The facade is irregularly gabled, featuring a tiled roof with projecting gables and eaves supported by bracketed sprockets. It has tall, gabled roughcast chimney stacks and roughcast walls, with weather-boarded gables at both the north and south ends. The first floor includes balconies with slatted balustrades. The windows are mainly two-light casements with glazing bars and shutters, and there is a recessed arched entrance.
