  1. This house adjoins No 41, as there is no No 42. Originally it was probably part of the same house as No 41. Early C15 house with jettied 1st floor. The ground floor has been underbuilt with brick. The 1st floor has 2 ornamental panels of diamond shape containing quatrefoil ornaments. Ground floor windows and centre 1st floor window modern. Original casement windows on either side of the latter. Open fireplaces with heavy wooden lintels.

No 41 and Nos 43 to 6 (consec) form a group.
