Description
The Standard Inn is a 16th-century timber-framed building located on the north side of High Street, The Mint. It features a plastered front with a ground floor made of painted brick. The building has two gables and stands three storeys tall, with two windows and a tiled roof. While there are some 18th-century sash windows, the ground floor has later shop windows. The Standard Inn, along with Nos 34 to 40, forms a group.
