Description

No. 12 Russell Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of roughcast brick. It features a tiled roof with a moulded eaves cornice and stands three storeys tall. The façade is one window wide, with sash windows that have glazing bars set in a moulded casing. The left-hand doorway is adorned with a rectangular fanlight and a reeded frieze. At the rear, there is a similar elevation, but it is finished in exposed brick. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 6 to 20 (even) and Nos. 5 and 6 Albert Road, with Nos. 14 to 20 Russell Street being of local interest only.
