Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Russell Street. It is constructed with roughcast over brick and has a tiled roof with a moulded eaves cornice. The building is three stories high and one window wide. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, although they are now boarded over. A left-hand doorway features a rectangular fanlight with glazing bars and a reeded frieze. The rear elevation is similar but reveals the underlying brickwork.

Numbers 6 to 20 (even) on Russell Street, together with numbers 5 and 6 Albert Road, form a group, although numbers 14 to 20 (even) Russell Street are of only local interest.
