Description

Bull Lane Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that has been altered and extended in the 20th century. It features a timber frame with brick and painted brick infill, topped with a thatched roof that is gabled on the south side and half hipped on the north. The cottage has a large L-plan layout, with a late 20th-century extension on the left side that is not considered of special interest. The windows are 20th-century casements, and the entrance door is located under a hipped porch on the left side of the extension. The timber frame is exposed on the interior, and the building has one and a half storeys, with a flanking chimney on the south gable.
