Description

This cattle shelter, located approximately 10 metres east of Hutt's Farmhouse, dates from the late 17th century and is now used for domestic storage. It features a timber frame with sections of brick and brick infill, topped by a hipped thatched roof. The structure consists of four framed bays and has a queen post roof supported by clasped purlins and curved braces. The tie beams and eaves are very low, and some of the timbers have been replaced over time.
