Description

This cattle shelter, located about 25 metres to the east of The Plough Public House, dates from the late 16th century and was altered in the 19th century. It features a timber frame that is weatherboarded and has a thatched roof with a gable on the left side and a hip on the right. The structure consists of four framed bays with low eaves. Inside, there is a queen post roof with clasped purlins, and there is a later partition between the third and fourth bays. The building is included for its group value.
