Description

This is a circa 1830 two-story building on the south side of Victoria Street. The front is constructed of stock brick with a stucco sill band, a decorative frieze matching that of number 23, a cornice, and a blocking course. It has two windows; the upper floor features recessed sash windows with glazing bars. A small, rectangular shop window with two lights and a deep fascia is set against the original shop fascia. A three-panel house door is complemented by a semi-circular fanlight with a marginal looped circle pattern. Numbers 17 to 45 (odd) form a group.
