27 Victoria Street is a former public house built around 1830-1840. It is a two-storey building made of painted brick, featuring a rendered parapet and situated on a slight curve in the road. The first floor has a sill course and a full-width name panel that acts as a plat band. There are four glazing bar sash windows on the first floor.
