Cottage. Mid C16, altered C20. Timber frame, rendered with false timbers. Old tile gabled roof. Nearly square plan of one framed bay; Pound Cottage adjoins on the left, the Bell Inn adjoins on the right, both listed separately [(20/4) and (20/6)]. 2 storeys. Chimney on left on ridge with offset head and clay pot. Road (west) front: formerly jettied, now underbuilt. 3-light metal casement window on ground and first floors. C19, 4-panel entrance door on right with flat hood on cut brackets. Interior: chamfered joists over ground floor.
