Description

No 22 Sheet Street is a corner block building dating from around 1830 to 1840. It stands three storeys tall and is finished in stucco, featuring a curved inset corner. The building has a plat band and a projecting eaves cornice. There are three windows facing Sheet Street and four on the return side, all fitted with glazing bar sashes set within architrave surrounds. The bar windows and the corner entrance are flanked by Ionic pilasters that have crisply moulded volutes.
