5130 (West Side) No 22 SU 9676 NE 3/213 II 2. Circa 1830-40 corner block. 3 storeys stucco with curved inset corner. Plat band, projecting eaves cornice. 3 windows to Sheet Street, 4 to return. Glazing bar sashes in architrave surrounds. Bar windows and corner entrance flanked by Ionic pilasters with crisply moulded volutes.
