Hall house, now 2 cottages. Early C16, altered C19 and mid C20. Timber framed with mostly brick infill, some render, old tile gable roof. Rectangular plan of 3 framed bays with 2 framed bay cross wing on right. 2 storeys. 2 end chimneys with clay pots, and one in centre on ridge, all with offset heads. Entrance front: one-bay gable on right, rendered above exposed tie beam with a 3-light casement with glazing bars to left of centre. 3 bays on left; C19, 2- and 3-light casements. 2 plain doors under small pediment hoods. An interior inspection was not allowed in No. 30 at the time of survey.
