Description

No. 5 Bachelor's Acre is a building dating from 1859, designed by architect G E Street. It is one and a half storeys tall, constructed of red brick with a slate roof and features half-hipped gables. The building has mullion windows with segmental heads and a Gothic-style doorway. To the right, there is a large half-hipped gable, and to the left, a half-hipped dormer. Nos. 5 and 7 Bachelor's Acre, which flank The Royal Free Schools, form a group.
